FAQ
Before you get in touch
How much does event décor cost in Kochi?
Four things drive it: the size of the space, how much has to be built rather than draped, the flowers you choose, and the season. Rather than publish a price list that would be wrong for most people, we quote properly — send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and we will come back within a day with a range.
Which areas do you cover?
Kochi and Ernakulam as standard — including Kakkanad, Aluva and Fort Kochi — and further out to Thrissur and Alappuzha for larger events. Travel and any overnight for the crew is quoted openly rather than buried in the total.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date and a venue. Kerala's wedding season concentrates a great many events into a few months, and dates go long before briefs are final. For a corporate date, three to four weeks is usually comfortable.
Do you do the flowers, or do we arrange those separately?
We handle them as part of the specification. Flowers, fabric, structure and light are chosen together, because deciding them separately is how a room ends up not quite matching itself.
Can you work from a photograph we have saved?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to show us what you want. We will also tell you honestly which parts of it will transfer to your venue and budget and which will not.
What happens on the day?
We install to the venue's access window, someone from the team stays on site through the event, and we take everything away afterwards. You should not be managing us, or the venue, on the day.
Do you take on smaller events?
Yes. A nischayam at home, a first birthday, a gruhapravesham threshold. Smaller does not mean less careful, and it is often where the details matter most.
How do we start?
Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count — by WhatsApp, phone or the form on the contact page. We will come back within a day.
