    Built to the access window

    Most venues give you a few hours. We plan the build around the load-in time you actually have, not the one we would like.

  2. 02

    Sightlines before styling

    Screens have to stay readable and the stage has to work from the back of the room. Decoration comes after that is settled.

  3. 03

    One team, drawing to strike

    The people who draw it are the people who install it and take it down. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor mid-way.

Questions people ask

What does event décor cost in Kochi?
It comes down to four things: the size of the space, how much has to be built rather than draped, the flowers, and the season. A single stage sits at one end of the range and a full multi-day set-up at the other. Send us the date, venue and guest count and we will come back within a day with a range — no site visit needed for that first number.
How far ahead should we book?
For a corporate date, three to four weeks is comfortable. In wedding season the calendar fills much earlier, so ask sooner even if the brief is not final.
Do you work at any venue in Kochi?
Yes, across Kochi and Ernakulam, and further out for larger events. If we have not worked at your venue before we will call them about access, power and load-in before quoting.
