The screen has to stay readable
Décor lighting and a projected screen are usually in direct conflict. We settle that first, because a stage that looks good and a deck nobody can read is not a successful event.
The access window is the constraint
Most venues give a few hours before doors. The build is planned around the load-in time you actually have, not the one we would prefer.
